On Saturday morning I woke up at 6:00 a.m. and looked out my kitchen window to find a lawn covered in soft white snow. May 9th. Not a nice day for a wedding. I was already dreading shooting again on another chilly day, especially for a wedding that was supposed to be a fresh new spring wedding! I was discouraged for a few hours, until the day started to take a turn for the better. By the afternoon the sun was out, and the chill was mostly gone from the air! Yippee!! It ended up being cloudless, blue and bright. Perfect.
I met the bride and her family at their home before the ceremony. This was a musical family, and some of the girls broke out in song at one point. Pretty cute. I won’t go into any more detail about what other things the girls talked about that morning ;) Inside joke…..
